Do you work with businesses outside hospitality?
Yes. Alongside homestay booking websites, ASTech builds company websites, custom web applications and native Android apps. We start with your goals and agree a scope that fits. The published packages are specifically for homestay and accommodation websites.

Yes. Business adds availability search and direct reservations. Professional adds online payment and an owner dashboard. Premium supports multiple properties and more advanced workflows. Starter is an enquiry-based website with manual booking confirmation.
Is hosting and ongoing support included in the build price?
Website and app maintenance are free for the first 12 months. From month 13, website maintenance is RM500/month, app maintenance is RM300/month, or RM700/month for both. Domain, hosting and third-party costs are confirmed in your quotation.
How long will my project take?
The timeline depends on the agreed features, integrations and how soon content is ready. After the consultation, you receive a scope and delivery schedule before development begins. Review rounds and payment terms are confirmed at the same time.
Can I book a stay at Anggerik Homestay?
Yes. Visit the Anggerik Homestay website from the project section to check the property details and start a booking enquiry. This page handles development and consulting enquiries; accommodation availability is managed on the homestay website.
Pricing & project terms
- Prices are starting prices and may vary according to the confirmed project scope.
- Mobile app development starts from RM1,000 and includes app maintenance for the first 12 months.
- Website and app maintenance are free for the first 12 months. From month 13, website maintenance is RM500/month, app maintenance is RM300/month, and combined website and app maintenance is RM700/month.
- Domain, hosting, app-store and other third-party charges will be clearly stated before development begins.
- Payment gateway transaction fees are determined by the selected payment provider.
- Clients provide accurate property information, pricing, policies, images and other business content.
- Custom integrations and functionality outside the selected package are quoted separately.
- Final deliverables, timeline, revisions, supported app platforms and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation or agreement.
